The model B extension with cantilevered roof and bi-folding door. Opening out to the side creates an out door sitting area.

This is a model A extension with a cantilevered roof and bi-folding doors. There is additional external wall lighting and decking lighting

The filleted cantilever soffit and extending wall create a sheltered outdoor sitting area. With bi-folding doors, it opens the full elevation out the exterior sitting area.

The house extension is a model A, with cantilevered roof and full length bi-folding doors.

The client was looking for 2 sheltered sitting areas, and views to the garden. Here there are 2 pocket sliding doors each side.

The client wanted a space for his hobbies, as well as a BBQ area and additional sheltered seating area.

This garden room creates a home bar and BBQ area in the garden.

This is an Eco-Den, built with parapet roof and additional bi-folding doors. The bespoke home bar and feature lighting guarantee its regular use through summer and winter

The client was a darts enthusiast and needed a space to practise in his garden. With additional stove and bar, this garden room does it all.
