The materials we use play a vital part in achieving this. From reduced concrete in the foundations, building with Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) for lower construction and running costs, to high quality thermally efficient aluminium windows & doors, and sustainably sourced timber cladding.

What's Included
Dab Dens experienced Architects prepare and submit all the relevant local authority applications. Its a complete design and build service making the process more streamline and easier for you
We supply and install ground screws for all project sizes. The screws reduce the need for concrete, making them a more environmentally friendly solution. They can be installed in all weather.
The door options are sliding, swing or bi-fold. The aluminium frames are thermally broken, reducing the risk of cold bridging. This makes your Den warm and draft free. The double glazed, argon filled, low-e units allow for floor to ceiling glazing without compromising on energy efficiency.
We have a variety of finishes that meet the requirements of a commercial build. From the non-combustible hardy plank, to the metal standing seam cladding there are many solutions that will make your building unique
All the dens are finished internally with plasterboard or Ply as standard, making the interior robust, but welcoming. Ask your Dab den consultant if for a list of our specialist finishes
