At Dab Den we have been designing and building garden rooms for almost 15 years. Its this experience and attention to detail that ensures your Den will last for many years.
Dab Den's pallet of materials are chosen for their high performance. From the double glazed aluminium doors, to the A-grade timber cladding. The structure for the walls, floor and roof are built with prefabricated SIP panels are so you know your den will be cosy in the winter and cool in the summer, allowing you to used it all year round.
The range of garden rooms, are from the Luxury Signature Den, and the sophisticated but simple Eco Den, to the kit only options, so we know you can find something to meet your budget.

The Dab Den Eco Range
The Dab Den Eco Range of garden rooms has been streamlined to provide a stylish and economical version of the garden studio. With a parapet roof, larch cladding and floor to ceiling glazing, these simple yet elegant garden rooms are cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. They come with external and internal finishes, electrics and high quality doors, with the option to upgrade with many attractive features, such as home bar, bi-folding doors, Timber fin detail, aswell as other alternative external finishes.

We love our dab den, which was bespoke for a very awkward space in our garden. It totally maximises the wasted area we previously had and has given us a beautiful home office/design studio which is used every day. It is light, bright and airy with glass frontage and skylights; we are even able to partition areas off inside for privacy with frosted glass bi-folding doors...money well spent.
The underfloor heating also means that it is an extremely comfortable environment, even with the cold east winds in an Edinburgh winter! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dab Den for anyone looking for creative ways to extend their living/working space.
