Want to build your own Dab Den?

If your looking to build your own extension or garden room, or your a Joiner looking to build for a customer, then we can provide you a design, local authority applications, and structural SIP kit, making it faster and easier to build it yourself.

We provide all the structural elements and instructions so you can install the SIP kit. Alternatively our experienced installers can do this for you, making it even easier !

Extension 'A' Kit

This is the Model A extension kit which includes the panels, structural lintol, cripple studs, splines, connector plates, screws, glue and foam.

Extension 'B' Kit

This is the Model B kit, with structural opening out to the side and fixed window looking out to the garden.  The kit includes the panels, structural lintol, cripple studs, splines, connector plates, screws, glue and foam.

The garden room kit has a large structural doorway at the front opening out to the garden.  The kit includes the panels, structural lintol, cripple studs, splines, screws, glue and foam.

Our experienced installers can build the structural shell in a couple of days ready for you or your joiner to complete the build.

We supply and install ground screws for all project sizes.  The screws reduce the need for concrete, making them a more environmentally friendly solution. They can be installed in all weather.

We will provide you with a set of details, and instructions, sufficient to allow you to install your SIP kit. In addition we are always on the phone for some ad hoc advise if needed.

Detailed Drawings

The Kits are made up of SIP panels. A Structural insulated Panel has 2 layers of OSB with a polyurethane insulation core. For more about the benefits of SIP visit www.sipit.uk

The kits require some structural timbers for the openings and between the panels. All timber and insulated splines required for the kit to be assemble is included
