This is a luxury garden room located within a conservation area in Aberdeenshire. The garden room accommodates a lounge area and drinks bar, with full width bi-folding doors that open out to the high spec Millboard composite decking. This creates the platform for many a party, and the decking more than doubles the floor area when the doors are open. The roof of the Dab Den cantilevers over a sheltered hot tub area creating a secluded bubbly heaven that can be used in sun, rain, wind or snow. This truly is a Dab Den for all seasons.
